I am just wondering…
When you think about your life, can you identify a period where you had a great time? You know, that period of your life, that makes you think: Ahhh, those were the days... Can you? When was it? What was happening in your life at the time? What were you doing? Who were you? What about it makes you feel that it was a great period? How is your life different from then? In a few words, how can you describe the feeling you get when you think about it: is it fun, love, challenge, adventure, hope, curiosity, newness, serenity, learning, friends, ... what is it? What thing could you do today to bring a bit of that energy back into your life? When you think back to that period, if you go through it a bit more in details, can you remember how you were actually feeling at the time? Did you feel that life was great or is it your memory of it, a certain detachment, that makes it look like it was? Now, can you see your present life from another perspective? Can you see that you might be, right here right now, creating this great period for your future memories...? And if you can’t identify a great period in your life, now is the time to do something about it...
